My first visit
First and foremost, upon your first appointment with us, you should feel at ease with assurance that you are in good hands. We prioritize establishing good relationships with our parents that consist of full trust and surpassing their expectations. At our office, you will be greeted and checked in by our amiable front desk who can help with filling out documentation and clarifying any questions, concerns, and/or doubts. Needless to say, they are very kind and multifaced. After completing check in, you will be brought into a room by one of our outstanding dental assistants where they will take x-rays. Once the doctor introduces himself/herself and addresses any concerns the patient may have, he or she will start examining and give diagnosis/recommendations. Then, the assistant will explain further and go into detail about their treatment plan corresponding to their insurance, if they have any. As well, touch surface on financial options that we provide. At our office, we offer two different types of credit cards in which we work with that can be applied towards dental costs, such as Alphaeon and Care Credit. From this point forward, the patient can decide which course of action to take after we’ve explained everything. We are always happy to accommodate to our patients and work with them as efficiently as possible to make sure they are taken care of promptly.
